With over a decade of experience in top-tier professional kitchens, he has worked with renowned hospitality brands such as Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, Hotel Arts Barcelona, and Meliá Hotels, as well as alongside acclaimed chefs like Martín Berasategui and Dani García. He masters culinary techniques to the highest standard, offering quality menus crafted with fresh, local ingredients.

Anyi

A professional pastry chef trained at the Hofmann Hospitality School in Barcelona, she has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Mantúa and the renowned Restaurant Hofmann, as well as being part of the opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. With her creativity and passion for her craft, she brings our menus to a refined and elegant close, adding a delicate and distinctive sweet touch.
